How long can you hold my packages?

We hold packages at our Miami warehouse for up to 30 days at no charge. After 30 days, a storage fee of USD $2 per package per day applies.

Can I consolidate multiple packages into one shipment?

Yes β€” and we recommend it. Consolidating reduces your cost per pound significantly. Just let us know which packages to combine via your dashboard or by contacting our team.

What happens if a package arrives damaged?

We photograph every package when it arrives at our warehouse. If damage occurred during US shipping, we'll document it and help you file a claim with the original courier.

Do I need to submit a pre-alert for every package?

Pre-alerts aren't mandatory, but they significantly speed up customs clearance. Packages without pre-alerts may be held at customs for additional documentation β€” we recommend pre-alerting everything.

What items can't be shipped to T&T?
