Consolidated Billing
Package consolidation: one delivery, one bill
Ordering from more than one store? Turn on Consolidated Billing and everything that reaches our Miami warehouse within 20 days comes to your door together, with one bill. Free. No repacking — and you switch it on yourself in the Swiftbox app.
Not your usual consolidation
Your orders, together — still in their own boxes
Package consolidation usually means opening your orders in Miami and repacking them into one box. We don't repack. Each package ships as it arrives, exactly as the store packed it.
What we bring together is the part you deal with: the delivery and the bill. Instead of a separate delivery and a separate bill for every package, you get one delivery and one Consolidated Bill.
Who it's for
- You order from several US stores at once — Amazon, Shein, Nike, wherever
- You would rather take one delivery than several
- You would rather pay one bill than several
Not available on business accounts or accounts billed on terms.
How it works
Three steps, nothing new to learn
- 01
Ship to your SWIFT address as usual
Order from as many US stores as you like. Each package ships as it arrives, just as the store packed it. Nothing is repacked.
- 02
We wait for the rest
Everything that reaches our Miami warehouse within 20 days of your first package joins your group. 20 days is the most we wait. Once it has all reached Miami, tap “Send my packages now” in the app.
- 03
One delivery, one bill
Your packages come to your door together as soon as the last one lands, on one Consolidated Bill you can download in the app.
Switch it on in the app
Open the Swiftbox app, go to the Account tab and turn on the Consolidated Billing switch. Your 20 days start when your first package arrives at our Miami warehouse. Prefer to ask? WhatsApp or call us on (868) 609-3000.
Need them sooner? Tap “Send my packages now”
20 days is the most we wait, not the usual wait. Once everything you ordered has reached Miami, tap Send my packages now on your Dashboard or on any waiting package, and they come to you together as soon as the last one lands. Consolidated Billing stays on for your next orders.
Turning Consolidated Billing off sends out what's ready now; anything still on its way travels on its own.
What changes, what doesn't
Free to switch on. Your rates stay the same.
Consolidated Billing doesn't lower your freight charge. What you save is time and hassle: one delivery and one bill instead of several.
Brought together
One delivery
Everything in your group comes to your door together, as soon as the last package lands.
One Consolidated Bill
One total for the whole delivery. We email it when it is ready, and you can download it as a PDF in the app.
Pay once
Paying the bill settles every package on it, including in TT$ cash to the driver at your door.
Still per package
Freight and fuel
Each package is charged on its own actual weight, rounded up per package — exactly as it would be without Consolidated Billing.
Insurance
Each package carries its own insurance, minimum included.
Customs duty, OPT and VAT
Assessed by Customs per item, and broken down item by item on your bill.
See every charge on our rates page, or work out a landed cost with the calculator.
